Getting Started
Launch Carpet Cleaning Simulator on Roblox and spawn in the Scrubby's Carpet Cleaning lobby. Take a moment to orient yourself—the contract board, upgrade shop, and pets station are the three pillars of progression you will use constantly.
Your first goal is accepting a Bedroom Normal contract. Normal contracts forgive missed spots and teach the full spray-scrub-rinse-detail sequence without punishing mistakes. Complete one full job before spending any cash.
Your First Cleaning Job
After selecting Bedroom Normal, you teleport into the job site. Equip your spray bottle and cover visible stains until the carpet shows saturated foam. Switch to your scrub brush and work each section until dirt lifts. Rinse away foam with your hose tool, then detail-pass edges near furniture.
Watch the completion meter in the UI. When it reaches the contract threshold, submit the job at the exit prompt or completion zone. Cash deposits automatically. Return to lobby and open the upgrade shop.
First Upgrades to Buy
Purchase spray range tier one before anything cosmetic. The wider first pass saves time on every future job. Next buy scrub speed tier one. These two upgrades transform Bedroom from a tutorial into a viable farming room.
Avoid pet eggs until you can comfortably complete Living Room Normal. Gear fundamentals beat random pet bonuses for new accounts.
Progression Path
Follow this general route: Bedroom Normal, Living Room Normal, Office Normal, then Office Perfect once rinse tier one is owned. Mid-game targets Hotel Room Perfect. Late-game opens Hotel Floor and Hanger.
Read the jobs guide for room specifics and the upgrade tier list for exact purchase order. Use the contract calculator when choosing between Speed and Perfect on the same room.
Tips for New Players
Join the official Discord for patch alerts. Enable Roblox notifications for the game page. Avoid scripts—they ban accounts and skip the satisfying loop that makes the game trend.
If completion percentage stalls, walk the room perimeter once more before submitting. Corner stains cause most early Perfect failures.
